摘 要:为了提高地面瓦斯抽采效率和投入产出比,基于潞安余吾井田主要采用地面垂直井的方式导致瓦斯抽采效果较差的现状,通过理论和实验分析论证了该区穿岩层压裂改造煤储层的可行性,在余吾井田实施了一口煤层顶板分段压裂水平井。试验结果表明:①采用顶板分段压裂水平井的方式,日气产量较垂直井有显著提高,单井产量为周边直井日产气量的10~20倍;②水平井单井产量高、高稳产期更长、产量衰减更慢;③相同投资规模条件下,顶板分段压裂水平井产出效果更好,瓦斯治理效果更为显著。Based on mainly adopt the way of ground vertical Wells leads to the gas extraction effect of more than the present situation of the poor in Yuwu mine field,in the meanwhile,the feasibility of transforming coal reservoir by fracturing through rock strata is demonstrated by theoretical and experimental analysis.Therefore,a horizontal roof well with stage fracturing was implemented in this field,in order to improve the gas extraction effect.The experimental results show that:①The daily gas production of horizontal well with supersonic fracturing on the roof is significantly increased compared with that of vertical well,and the production of single well is 10-20 times of the daily gas production of surrounding vertical well.②Horizontal well single well production is high,high stable production period is longer,production decay is slower;③Under the same investment scale,the output effect of the roof segmented fracturing horizontal well is better,and the gas drainage effect is more significant.
