摘　　要：含油污泥含有大量的苯系物、酚类、重金属、氮磷等营养物及致病菌和病原菌,干化过程中易产生可挥发性有机气体,易发生安全事故。真空圆盘污泥干化系统通过控温、控压、控氧等方式实现系统运行的安全控制,差速推流技术能够有效解决含油污泥的粘黏问题,该技术热效率高,能耗低,废水、废气排放量小,节能环保。Oily sludge contains a lot of nutrients such as benzene series,phenols,heavy metals,nitrogen and phosphorus,pathogenic bacteria and pathogens,volatile organic gas is easy to be produced in the drying process,which is prone to safety accidents.The vacuum disc drying system achieves the security control of the system operation through temperature control,pressure control and oxygen control,etc.,and its differential flow technology can effectively solve the sticky problems of oily sludge.It is highly suitable for sludge containing oil and other organic solvents,and is one of the most safest systems in the domestic oily sludge drying process.
