摘 要:深水油田工程建设复杂、维护成本高,准确预测油田水结垢速率并采取阻垢措施对保障油田安全开发具有重要意义。提出了一套动态结垢试验模拟方法,确定了温度升高、产液量降低会使LH某油田水结垢速率增加,实验室条件下最大年结垢厚度为0.89mm。运用阻垢剂性能静态评价方法,确定了影响阻垢率的主要因素为加剂浓度和温度。为了探索阻垢剂在流动状态下的阻垢规律,提出了一套动态阻垢试验模拟方法。研究表明,HYZ-107防垢剂在15ppm的加剂浓度下阻垢效果最佳,静态阻垢率最高为72.62%,动态阻垢率达96.58%;温度升高时,三种阻垢剂阻垢效果变差,HYZ-107阻垢剂在90℃时依然有较好的阻垢效果。The construction of deepwater oilfield is complex and the maintenance cost is high. Accurately predicting the scaling rate of oilfield water and taking anti-scaling measures are of great significance to ensure the safe development of oilfield. A set of dynamic scaling test simulation method is proposed. It is determined that the increase of temperature and the decrease of liquid production will increase the scaling rate of water in an oilfield of LH, and the maximum annual scaling thickness is 0.89 mm under laboratory conditions. Using static scale inhibitor performance evaluation method, it is determined that the main influencing factors of anti-scaling efficiency are additive concentration and temperature. A set of dynamic scale inhibition test simulation method was put forward to explore the scale inhibition law of the scale inhibitor in the flow state. The results show that HYZ-107 scale inhibitor has the best anti-scaling efficiency at 15 ppm additive concentration. The static anti-scaling efficiency is 72.62 %, and the dynamic anti-scaling efficiency is 96.58 %. When the temperature rises, the anti-scaling efficiency of three scale inhibitors becomes worse,and HYZ-107 scale inhibitor still has good anti-scaling efficiency at 90℃.
