摘　　要：通过对江西地区3例普通型新冠肺炎的临床诊疗及治疗规律的总结,发现新冠肺炎在不同区域、不同人群有不同的临床表现和中医证候群,从病证特征及中医治疗特色两方面总结了江西地区治疗新冠肺炎的特点,提出因江西地处东南湿地,省内江河纵横、湖港交织,雨水较多,故水湿之邪较甚,其以寒、湿、毒、瘀、虚为基本病机,病位主要在肺脾,牵涉及肝,病情变化多端,故而提出治疗四则:其一、慎输液;其二、贯穿健脾祛湿原则于疾病始终;其三、温阳化瘀以固本善后;其四、坚持发挥中医"辨证论治"优势,还应在常规治疗基础上,注意变证的治疗。According to the summary of the clinical diagnosis and treatment law of 3 normal COVID-19 in the Jiangxi area,this article puts forward that COVID-19 different populations in different regions have different clinical manifestations and Chinese medical syndrome.The features of the treatment of COVID-19 in Jiangxi are summarized from the disease characteristics and treatment of traditional Chinese medicine features.Jiangxi area is located in the southeast of the wetland with lake and river port and higher rainfall,so there is dampness.The basic pathogenesis is cold,dampness,toxin,blood stasis and deficiency,and the location of the disease is mainly in the lung and spleen,involving the liver.The condition is changeable,so therapeutic principles are as follow:first,consider infusion carefully;secondly,the principle of invigorating spleen and removing dampness is always in the treatment;third,warm yang to remove stasis to strengthen the foundation of good aftermath;fourth,give full play to the advantages of TCM "syndrome differentiation and treatment",and pay attention to the treatment of syndrome change on the basis of conventional treatment.
