摘　　要：总结杜少辉以芒硝方药治疗新冠肺炎腹泻的临证经验,其认为该病病因病机为太阳寒水之气不解而兼阳明燥化,正气从阳明之阖而下利,而腹泻属排邪反应。治当开太阳、阖阳明,以芒硝方药祛邪扶正,而不是见泻止泻。附临床验案1则,杜氏以芒硝降君火阖阳明而治疗新冠腹泻,示其运用钱塘医派六经气化理论治疗新冠肺炎腹泻之经验。经治疗及随访,患者腹泻改善,体温恢复正常,效果明显。DU Shao-hui summarized the novel coronavirus pneumonia treatment of new crown pneumonia diarrhea,the etiology and pathogenesis of the sun and cold water and gas and insoluble,and Yangming dryness,the right Qi from the Yangming and the next,and diarrhea belongs to the evil reaction.Treatment should open the sun,close the Yangming,and use mirabilite to dispel evil and strengthen health,rather than see diarrhea and stop diarrhea.One case of novel coronavirus pneumonia was treated with mirabilite and Jun Yang,and it was treated with Qian Tang’s theory of Liu Jing Qi.After treatment and follow-up visit,the patient’s diarrhea improved and his body temperature returned to normal.
