分期治疗40例新冠肺炎的中医临床研究与思考

摘　　要：目的:探讨新冠肺炎的中医发病机理及治疗原则,体现中医药分期治疗新冠肺炎的有效性和优势。方法:对40例轻型、普通型新冠肺炎患者临床治疗期及恢复期进行中医辨证论治,予中药治疗,统计患者症状改善、中药方剂使用情况,并进行分析。结果:经中药治疗后患者症状均有明显改善,肺部CT提示炎症病灶吸收,40例患者全部出院,治愈率达100.0%。结论:新冠肺炎中医病因为湿毒疫邪,病位在肺脾,可涉及胃、大肠,湿毒郁肺为基本病机,临床各期均给予中医药治疗,可使机体恢复到最佳状态,并促进肺部病灶吸收。Objective:To explore the pathogenesis and treatment principles of traditional Chinese medicine for COVID-19,and to demonstrate the effectiveness and Advantage of traditional Chinese medicine treatment of COVID-19 in stages.Methods:40 patients with mild and common neopneumonia were treated with syndrome differentiation and clinical treatment,and treated with traditional Chinese medicine.The patients’ symptom improvement and use of traditional Chinese medicine prescription were counted and analyzed.Results:After treatment with Chinese medicine,the symptoms of the patients all improved significantly.CT scan of the lung showed absorption of the inflammatory lesions.All 40 patients were discharged and the cure rate reached 100.0 %.Conclusion:COVID-19’s TCM cause of disease is dampness and toxins,and the disease is located in the lung and spleen.It can involve the stomach and the large intestine.The damp-toxic stagnation in lung is the basic pathogenesis of Traditional Chinese medicine treatment is given at each clinical stage to restore the body to its best state,And promote the absorption of lung lesions.
