肾气汤加减联合米拉贝隆治疗膀胱过度活动症的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨肾气汤联合米拉贝隆治疗膀胱过度活动症的临床疗效。方法:选取2016年3月—2019年3月于我院门诊及住院治疗的OAB患者94例为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组各47例。对照组患者给予米拉贝隆治疗,观察组给予肾气汤加减联合米拉贝隆治疗,观察两组患者尿动力学指标、OAB评分、生活质量、临床疗效以及不良反应。结果:治疗后,观察组Qmax、Qave、VV、膀胱初始感觉时容量以及强烈尿意时膀胱容量明显高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组OABSS评分低于对照组,I-QOL评分明显高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗总有效率为91.49 %,明显高于对照组的76.60 %(P<0.05);观察组不良反应总发生率为6.38 %,明显低于对照组的21.28 %(P<0.05)。结论:肾气汤联合米拉贝隆治疗膀胱过度活动症,可有效缓解患者临床症状及体征,改善生活质量,且安全可靠。Objective:To explore the clinical effect of Shenqi Decoction combined with Milabellone in the treatment of Overactive Bladder.Methods:A total of 94 patients with OAB who were outpatients and inpatients in our hospital from March 2016 to March 2019 were selected as the research object,and randomly divided into observation group and control group with 47 cases in each group.The patients in the control group were given Mirabelone treatment,and the observation group was given Shenqi Decoction combined with Milabellone.To observe the urodynamic indexes,OAB score,quality of life,clinical efficacy and adverse reactions of the two groups ofpatients.Results:After treatment,the observation group’s Qmax,Qave,VV,initial bladder capacity and strong urinary bladder capacity were significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05);the OABSS score of observation group was lower than the control group,the I-QOL score significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05);the total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 91.49 %,significantly higher than 76.60 % in the control group(P<0.05);the total incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 6.38 %,significantly lower than the 21.28 % in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Shenqi Decoction combined with Milabellon in the treatment of overactivie bladder can effectively alleviate the clinical symptoms and signs of patients,improve the quality of life,and is safe and reliable.
