康复凝胶联合硝呋太尔阴道软胶囊治疗妊娠期外阴阴道假丝酵母菌病的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨康妇凝胶联合硝呋太尔对妊娠期外阴阴道假丝酵母菌病(VVC)的临床疗效。方法:将139例妊娠期妇女患VVC的患者随机分为观察组(71例)和对照组(68例)。观察组采用康妇凝胶联合硝呋太尔制霉菌素阴道软胶囊治疗,对照组单用硝呋太尔制霉菌素阴道软胶囊治疗,比较两组疗效、不良反应发生率、复发率和不良妊娠结局率。结果:两组治愈率均达95 %以上,无显著性差异(P>0.05);观察组不良反应率、复发率和不良妊娠结局率明显低于对照组(P>0.05)。结论:康复凝胶与硝呋太尔阴道软胶囊联合应用治疗妊娠期VVC能够达到治愈率高,复发率低,不良反应及不良妊娠结局降低的目的,值得临床推广使用。Objective:To study the clinical efficacy of Kangfu gel combined with nifuratel nysfungin vaginal soft capsules on patients with vulvovaginal candidiasis(VVC) during pregnancy.Methods:139 pregnant women with VVC were randomly divided into observation group(71 cases) and control group(68 cases).The observation group was treated with Kangfu gel combined with Nifuratel vaginal soft capsule,while the control group was treated with Nifuratel vaginal soft capsule alone.Then to compare the therapeutic effects,the adverse reaction rate,recurrence rate and adverse pregnancy outcome rate.Results:The cure rates of both groups were above 95 %,with no significant statistical difference(P>0.05).However,the adverse reaction rate,recurrence rate and adverse pregnancy outcome rate of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P>0.05).Conclusion:The combination of Kangfu gel and Nifuratel vaginal soft capsule in the treatment of VVC during pregnancy can achieve high cure rate,low recurrence rate,and reduction of adverse reactions and adverse pregnancy outcomes,It is worth popularizing in clinic.
