摘  要:通过LC-MS分析穿心莲内酯的降解产物。液相条件:色谱柱:Aglient ZORBAX Eclipse Plus C18色谱柱(2.1 mm×100 mm,1.8μm);流动相:乙腈-水,梯度洗脱;流速:0.2 mL·min-1;柱温:25℃;检测波长为230 nm;进样量:2 μL。质谱条件离子源:电喷雾离子源;检出模式:正离子模式;扫描范围:m/z 501000。结果显示穿心莲内酯与强制破坏试验产生的降解产物分离良好,初步鉴定了11种杂质。LC-MS was used to detect the degradation products of andrographolidume.The HPLC system consisted of an Aglient ZORBAX Eclipse Plus C18(2.1 mm × 100 mm,1.8 μm) by liner gradient elution using acetonitrilel-water and the flow rate was 0.2 mL·min-1.The column temperature was 25 C.The detection wavelength was 230 nm and injection volme was 2 μL.The positive ion mode was detected by electrospray ionization.The detection ions were within the range from m/z 50 to m/zl 000.Results show that andrographolidume was well separated from degradation products produced by forced destruction.Eleven kinds of impurities were identified from.
