居家养老模式视角下的适老化住宅设计分析

摘　　要：近年来,伴随着我国老龄化问题愈发突出,养老服务问题成为社会重点关注的问题。居家养老模式作为新时期全面的养老服务新模式,逐渐进入大众视野。文章系统阐述了适老化住宅设计应遵循的基本原则,以此为契机,系统提出了基于居家养老模式视角下的适老化住宅设计思路。以期助力养老行业的高质量发展,为适老化住宅设计提供新的参考依据。In recent years,with the aging problem in China becoming more and more prominent,in the face of the aging development,the elderly service has become a key concern of the society.As a comprehensive old-age service mode in the new era,home care mode has gradually entered the public view.The design of ageappropriate housing should follow the basic principles of systematicity,refinement and appropriateness,so as to meet the basic needs of safe and comfortable resting space,provide appropriate environmental conditions and convenient activity space,so as to help the high-quality development of the elderly care industry.
