穴位注射益母草注射液治疗稽留流产效果观察

摘　　要：目的探析足三里穴位注射益母草注射液联合米非司酮、米索前列醇治疗稽留流产的临床效果。方法选取120例早期妊娠稽留流产患者,采用随机数字表法分为对照组与研究组,各60例。对照组采用米非司酮与米索前列醇序贯治疗,研究组在对照组基础上联合足三里穴位注射益母草注射液治疗。比较两组流产效果、清宫情况、阴道出血时间、出血量及不良反应发生情况。结果研究组完全流产率为46.67%,明显高于对照组的6.67%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组首次清宫率、总清宫率分别为3.33%、5.00%,均明显低于对照组的18.33%、31.67%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组阴道出血时间明显短于对照组,出血量明显少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组治疗过程中不良反应发生率为21.67%,对照组为23.33%,比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论足三里穴位注射益母草注射液联合米非司酮、米索前列醇治疗稽留流产可明显提升流产成功率,减少因药物流产失败造成的清宫,可缩短出血时间,减少出血量,为子宫复旧创造有利条件,且安全性高。Objective To explore the clinical effect of Leonurus injection combined with mifepristone and misoprostol at Zusanli acupoint in the treatment of delayed abortion.Methods 120 patients with early pregnancy miscarriage were selected and divided into control group and study group with 60 cases in each group by random number table.The control group received sequential treatment with mifepristone and misoprostol,and the research group received injection of Motherwort injection at Zusanli acupoint based on the control group.The effect of abortion,uterine clearance,vaginal bleeding time,bleeding volume and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The complete abortion rate in the study group was 46.67%,which was significantly higher than that in the control group(6.67%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The first uterine clearance rate and total uterine clearance rate in the study group were 3.33%and 5.00%,respectively which were significantly lower than 18.33%and 31.67%in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The time of vaginal bleeding in the study group was significantly shorter than that in the control group,and the amount of bleeding was significantly less than that in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions was 21.67%in the study group and 23.33%in the control group,with no statistical significance(P>0.05).Conclusion The treatment of delayed abortion by injection of Motherwort injection combined with mifepristone and misoprostol at Zusanli acupoint can significantly improve the success rate of abortion,reduce the uterine clearance caused by failed medical abortion,shorten the bleeding time,reduce the amount of blood loss,and create favorable conditions for uterine relapse,with high safety.
