雌激素联合孕激素治疗青春期功能性子宫出血疗效及安全性分析

摘　　要：目的研究青春期功能性子宫出血(功血)患者应用雌激素联合孕激素治疗的临床效果。方法选取68例青春期功血患者,采用掷骰子分组法分为研究组与对照组,每组34例。对照组患者采用雌激素治疗,研究组患者采用雌激素联合孕激素治疗,比较两组临床疗效、临床止血效果、住院时间及不良反应发生情况。结果研究组治疗总有效率为97.06%,明显高于对照组的76.47%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组患者控制出血时间、彻底止血时间及住院时间均明显短于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组不良反应发生率为5.88%,对照组为11.76%,对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论雌激素联合孕激素治疗青春期功血患者疗效确切,可有效缩短患者临床症状持续时间及住院时间,且安全性高,值得临床推广与应用。Objective To study the clinical effect of estrogen combined with progesterone in the treatment of adolescent functional uterine bleeding.Methods 68 adolescent patients with functional blood were selected and divided into study group and control group with 34 cases in each group.The control group was treated with estrogen,and the study group was treated with estrogen combined with progesterone.The clinical efficacy,clinical hemostatic effect,length of hospital stay and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate in the study group was 97.06%,which was significantly higher than 76.47%in the control group(P<0.05).The bleeding control time,complete hemostasis time and hospitalization time of patients in the study group were significantly shorter than those in the control group,and the difiFerences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions was 5.88%in the study group and 11.76%in the control group,with no statistical significance(P>0.05).Conclusion Estrogen combined with progesterone in the treatment of adolescent patients with functional blood is effective,can effectively shorten the duration of clinical symptoms and hospital stay,and high safety,worthy of clinical promotion and application.
