摘 要:搭建实验装置,研究积砂淹没深、提砂管管径、进砂方式对气提提砂速度和效率的影响。结果表明:(1)实际工程中最佳供气量宜介于:峰值提砂速度下的理论气量<最佳通气量<峰值效率下的理论气量;(2)提升管管径增大对提高气提提砂速度和效率的影响显著于改变积砂淹没深和进砂方式,且有助于提砂速度峰值前移;(3)适当地增加积砂淹没深、增加提升管的管径以及在提升管下部直管设置喇叭口等一系列参数优化配置后,气提装置整体提砂效率提升幅度在10%~12%。The influence of the depth of sand deposition,the diameter of sand extraction pipe and the way of sand inlet on air-lift device lifting speed and lifting efficiency were investigated by setting up a test device.The results show that:(1)In the practical engineering,the optimal air supply should be between:theoretical air volume under peak sand lifting speed<optimal air volume<theoretical air volume under peak efficiency.(2)The effect of the increase of the diameter of the riser on the improvement of the sand lifting speed and efficiency is significantly different from that of the change of sand deposition submergence depth and sand inlet method,and is conducive to the advance of the peak sand lifting speed.(3)After optimizing a series of parameters such as appropriately increasing the sand accumulation submersion depth,increasing the pipe diameter of the riser,and setting a trumpet in the straight pipe at the bottom of the riser,the overall sand extraction efficiency of the air lift device can be improved by 10%~12%.
