水煤浆气化碳转化率低的成因分析及改进技术研究

摘  要:从水煤浆性能、工艺烧嘴结构尺寸、气化中心氧流量、氧煤比及气化炉温度等角度,分析了水煤浆加压气化工艺碳转化率低的原因,通过现场技改,调整水煤浆粗细颗粒的配比、优化工艺烧嘴尺寸、中心氧流量提高至15.5%,氧煤比提高至495~500,炉温增至1280~1300℃,最终气化工艺碳转化率由92.56%提高至97.81%,增加了有效气产量。The reasons for low carbon conversion of CWS pressurized gasification process were analyzed from several perspectives,such as performance of CWS,structure size of process burner,oxygen flow rate of gasification center,oxygen-coal ratio and gasifier temperature.The carbon conversion rate of gasification process was increased from 92.56%to 97.81%by adjusting the ratio of coarse and fine particles of CWSM,optimizing the size of process burner,increasing the central oxygen flow rate to 15.5%,increasing the ratio of oxygen to coal to 495~500,and increasing the furnace temperature to 1280~1300℃.The effective gas production was also increased.
