摘  要:为了研究直接加热法和低温蒸发法获取残留物的性能差异,针对两种常用的改性乳化沥青(SBR改性乳化沥青和SBS改性乳化沥青),分别通过两种蒸发方法获取乳化沥青残留物,利用动态剪切流变仪(DSR)进行了温度扫描试验和多重应力蠕变恢复(MSCR)试验,比较分析了残留物的流变性能变化.结果表明:低温蒸发法获取的改性乳化沥青残留物具有更高的软化点和弹性恢复率;温度扫描结果显示低温蒸发法获得的残留物具有更高的G*和G*/sinδ,并且SBS-D的δ更小,而两种获取方法对SBR-D和SBR-Z的δ影响不大;剪切应变和恢复应变值、Jnr和R指标表明低温蒸发法获取的残留物具有更高的抗剪切变形能力和弹性性能,并且高应力水平下对SBS改性乳化沥青残留物性能影响更加显著.In order to study the performance difference of residue obtained by direct heating method and low temperature evaporation method,two kinds of commonly used modified emulsified asphalt(SBR modified emulsified asphalt and SBS modified emulsified asphalt)were used to obtain emulsified asphalt residue by two evaporation methods respectively.Temperature scanning test and multiple stress creep recovery(MSCR)test were carried out by dynamic shear rheometer(DSR),and the rheological properties of residues were compared and analyzed.The results show that the modified emulsified asphalt residue obtained by low temperature evaporation method has higher softening point and elastic recovery rate.Temperature scanning results show that the residue obtained by low-temperature evaporation method have higher G*and G*/sinδ,and SBS-D has smallerδvalue,and the two methods have little effect on theδvalues of SBR-D and SBR-Z.Shear strain and recovery strain values,Jnr and R indicators show that the residues obtained by low temperature evaporation method has higher shear deformation resistance and elastic properties,and the influence on the performance of SBS modified emulsified asphalt residue is more significant at high stress level.
