摘 要:随着风电行业的快速发展,我国已成为世界上装机容量最多的国家之一,并且新装容量持续位列首位。在运机组数量的激增,运行年限的增长,使得风电机组各部件的运行状态难以得到保证。而无损检测技术具有不破坏产品的情况下就能对部件各方面的质量进行检测和分析的优点,对于随时处于运转状态的风电机组来说,是非常贴合的技术手段。此外,通过对风电机组设备的无损检测,可以发现平时难以发现的设备缺陷及隐患,为风电企业的技术监督高质量开展提供方向。With the rapid development of the wind power industry,China has become one of the countries with the largest installed capacity in the world,and the newly installed capacity continues to rank first.The rapid increase in the number of in-flight units and the increase in operating years make it difficult to guarantee the operating status of each component of the wind turbine.Non-destructive testing technology has the advantage of testing and analyzing the quality of all parts without damaging the product.It is a very suitable technical means for the wind turbine that is in operation at any time.In addition,through nondestructive testing of wind turbine equipment,equipment defects and hidden dangers that are usually difficult to find can be found,providing a direction for high-quality technical supervision of wind power enterprises.
