摘　　要：目的探讨三维超声定量指标对卵巢储备功能减低(DOR)患者治疗前后疗效的评估价值。方法选取我院接受DOR治疗的不孕症患者38例,分别在治疗前、治疗后的早卵泡期,经阴道三维超声监测卵巢定量指标窦卵泡数(AFC)、卵巢3D体积(OV)、卵巢间质动脉峰值流速(PSV)、卵巢间质动脉血管化指数(VI)、血流指数(FI)、血管血流指数(VFI),并与同期测量的血清抗苗勒管激素(AMH)进行相关分析。结果DOR患者治疗前后定量指标AFC、OV、PSV、VI、FI、VFI差异有统计学意义。Pearson相关分析显示,AFC、OV、PSV、VI、FI、VFI与AMH均呈正相关,其中OV、AFC相关性最高。结论三维超声定量指标对于评估DOR患者治疗疗效有一定临床价值,同时可评估单侧卵巢功能情况。Objective To explore the value of three-dimensional ultrasound quantitative indicators in evaluating the efficacy of dimished ovarian reserve(DOR)patients before and after treatment.Methods A retrospective analysis was made of 38 infertility patients treated with DOR treated in the department of reproductive medicine.Jiangsu hospital of traditional Chinese medicine from 2016 to 2018,and in the early follicular stage before and after treatment,three-dimensional ultrasound quantitative indexes were got respectively and analyzed with anti Mullerian hormone(AMH).Results There were significant differences in AFC,OV,PSV,VI,FI and VFI before and after treatment in patients with DOR.Pearson correlation analysis showed that AFC,OV,PSV,VI,FI,VFI were positively correlated with AMH,and OV,AFC had the highest correlation.Conclusion Three-dimensional ultrasound quantitative indicators have certain clinical value in evaluating the therapeutic effect of DOR patients,and can also evaluate the unilateral ovarian function.
