摘　　要：Binswanger's病(BD)是皮质下血管性痴呆(SIVD)的慢性进展形式。该病临床表现与阿尔兹海默症有一定相似性,但临床中很少被明确诊断,对患者预后有一定影响,而MRI检查方法的多样化及技术的革新性为该病的诊断提供了极大便利。本文就多模态MR成像技术对BD的早期诊断及鉴别诊断的研究现状给予综述。Binswanger's disease(BD)is a chronic progressive form of subcortical vascular dementia(SIVD).The clinical manifestation of this disease is similar to Alzheimer's disease to some extent,but it is rarely diagnosed clearly in the clinic,which has certain influence on the treatment of patients.However,the diversification of MRI examination methods and the innovation of technology provide great convenience for the diagnosis of this disease.In this paper,the early diagnosis and differential diagnosis of BD by multi-mode MR imaging technology are reviewed.
