摘 要:为了全面了解苏皖水土保持植物建设情况,对江苏、安徽等地采用座谈、走访、勘察、收集资料等方法,进行了水土保持植物专题调研。江苏省和安徽省属于江淮下游平原农田防护水质维护区、江淮丘陵岗地农田防护保土区、太湖丘陵平原水质维护人居环境维护区、沿江丘陵岗地农田防护人居环境维护区、桐柏大别山山地丘陵水源涵养保土区和浙皖低山丘陵生态维护水质维护区等6个三级区,针对6个区现有的植被建设情况及存在的问题,提出了适合每个区的植物配置模式及适合的优良水土保持植物,并建议采取加大资金筹集力度,创新地方景观特色,调控水土保持植被建设的密度,以及加强后期抚育管护等措施,以充分发挥植被综合效益,推动区域水土保持植物高质量发展。In order to fully understand the plant construction of soil and water conservation in Jiangsu and Anhui,the paper conducted special investigation on plants for soil and water conservation by using the methods of informal discussions,visit,survey and data collection in the two provinces.Jiangsu and Anhui belong to the 6 tertiary zones of farmland protection and water quality maintenance area in the lower reaches of the Yangtze River and Huaihe Rivers plain,farmland protection and soil conservation area in the Yangtze River and Huaihe River hilly land,water quality maintenance and living environment maintenance area in hilly plain of Taihu Lake,farmland protection and living environment maintenance area in hilly land along the river,soil and water conservation area in mountainous and hilly areas of Tongbai Mountains and Dabie Mountains and ecological maintenance and water quality maintenance area in Zhejiang-Anhui low mountain and hilly.In view of the existing vegetation construction and existing problems in the 6 areas,it put forward plant allocation model suitable for each area and suitable excellent soil and water conservation plants.It suggested the measures of strengthening fund-raising,innovating local landscape features,regulating the density of soil and water conservation vegetation construction and strengthening the later cultivation and management measure so as to give full play to the comprehensive benefits of vegetation and promote the high-quality development of regional soil and water conservation plants.
