摘　　要：2019年以来各省陆续出台风电电价政策鼓励平价项目开发,本文在区域上网电量区间和典型造价的基础上进行分析,得出的各省平价项目电价空间,给出不同省份风电项目“可实现平价”“择优实现平价”和“很难实现平价”的结论。Since 2019,some provinces in China announced certain price polices to encourage development of the onshore wind farm with benchmark price.This article analyses the provinces’price-space on the section of the on-grid electricity and typical cost of the provinces.And it draws an conclusion on onshore wind farms in different provinces are“realizable benchmark price”,“selecting the best to realizable benchmark price”,and“hard to realizable benchmark price”.
