摘　　要：风电概算经评软件价格高、更新慢、灵活性低等缺陷制约了其使用范围,常规Excel模型也仅限技经专业人员使用。利用VBA,基于常规Excel模型开发的概算经评可视化模型,具有开发速度快、可视化界面、多种文件类型接口、数据库交互、使用方便、更新维护简单等优点,完美地解决了以上痛点问题,可供行业相关人员广泛使用。Estimate cost and economic evaluation software for wind power plant have many shortcomings,such as high price,update slow,low flexibility,and normal Excel models are limited to be used for techno-economic analyst.Estimate cost and economic evaluation visual model which developed by VBA and based on normal Excel models have many advantages,such as develop fast,visualized GUI interface,multiple file types connector,database interaction,easy to use,update and maintenance simple,can figure out the problems mentioned above effectively and will be used widely.
