摘　　要：本文主要介绍了深圳湾及所处的珠江口海域赤潮灾害的基本情况与研究背景。针对2021年深圳湾人才公园附近海域突发的赤潮进行了应急监测,并对相关的应急监测结果进行了初步的数据分析和研究。对后期的赤潮应急监测计划进行了初步规划,同时对研发基于人工智能识别技术的赤潮灾害预警监测技术的开发利用提出了初步设想。This paper mainly introduces the basic situation and research background of red tide disaster in Shenzhen Bay and Pearl River Delta Sea area. Emergency monitoring was conducted for the red tide in the waters near the Shenzhen Bay talent park in 2021, and preliminary data analysis and study were conducted for the related emergency monitoring results. At the same time, a tentative plan is put forward for the development and utilization of red tide disaster early warning and monitoring technology based on artificial intelligence identification technology.
