摘　　要：漳河水库位于荆门、宜昌、襄阳三市交汇处,是长江重要的支流,湖北省重要的生态系统和生态屏障。湖北省生态环境厅统筹荆门、宜昌、襄阳三地联动,联保、联控、联治,积极探索"一试、二统、三联"的生态环境监管工作新模式,实现了从区域管理到流域管理、从单一管理到协同管理、从保护漳河到感恩漳河三种管理模式的转变,确保了漳河饮用水源安全,有力地促进了漳河流域生态环境保护。Zhanghe Reservoir is located at the intersection of Jingmen, Yichang and Xiangyang. It is an important tributary of the Yangtze River and an important ecosystem and ecological barrier in Hubei Province. The Hubei Provincial Department of Ecology and Environment coordinates the linkage, joint protection, joint control and joint governance of Jingmen, Yichang and Xiangyang,and actively explores a new model of ecological environment supervision of "one trial, two unification and three joints", realizing the transition from regional management to watershed the transformation of management, from single management to coordinated management, and from protecting Zhang River to thanking Zhang River, has ensured the safety of drinking water source in Zhang River and effectively promoted the ecological environment protection of Zhang River Basin.
