摘 要:为实现雾霾的有效治理,自2013年起,京津冀开始了雾霾合作治理工作。但是在具体的治理过程中,却面临着很多的困境。基于此,本文对京津冀雾霾合作治理的困境及其解决途径进行分析,希望通过本次的分析,可以对京津冀雾霾治理效果的提升有所帮助,并为其他地区解决雾霾治理问题提供一定的参考依据,以此来实现雾霾的良好治理。In order to achieve effective governance of smog, Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei have started cooperative governance of smog since 2013. However, in the specific governance process, it faces many difficulties. Based on this, this paper analyzes the difficulties and solutions of Beijing Tianjin Hebei haze cooperative governance, hoping that through this analysis, it can help to improve the effect of Beijing Tianjin Hebei haze governance, and provide a certain reference basis for solving the haze governance problems in other regions, so as to achieve good governance of haze.
