摘　　要：文章在需求受价格和货架库存量影响的前提下,研究了在VMI库存管理模式下,由供应商和零售商组成的易逝品供应链的定价和补货决策协同问题,给出了供应链集中决策下定价和补货周期的均衡决策。随后对供应商和零售商的斯塔克尔伯格博弈提出了基于供应商补贴的收益共享合约,证明该合约能够实现供应链的协同。灵敏度分析部分对上述模型和结论做了验证,分析了合约的参数变化对供应商补贴费用的影响。结果表明,补贴费用主要与供应商承担的库存成本有关。零售商产品库存对需求有激励作用时,供应商会采用库存前置策略,供应链库存都集中在零售商。当需求与价格和库存的相关系数、零售商产品的损耗率增加,而供应链单位时间的库存减少时,补贴费用会降低。随着市场需求规模的增加,应提高补贴费用。The paper studies the coordination of pricing and replenishment decision-making issues in the perishable product supply chain composed of suppliers and retailers under the influence of market demand by price and shelf inventory levels under the VMI inventory management model.We give the equilibrium decision of pricing and replenishment cycle under the centralized decision of supply chain.Subsequently,a revenue sharing contract based on supplier subsidies was proposed for the Stackelberg game between supplier and retailer,which proved that the contract can realize the synergy of the supply chain.In the sensitivity analysis part,models and conclusions were verified,and the impact of changes in some parameters of the contract on the supplier s subsidy expenses was analyzed.The results show that the subsidy cost is mainly related to the inventory cost borne by the supplier.When the retailer s product inventory has an incentive effect on demand,the supplier will adopt the inventory pre-positioning strategy,and the supply chain inventory is concentrated in the retailer.When the correlation coefficient between demand and price and inventory,and the loss rate of retailer s products increase,the inventory per unit time of the supply chain will decrease,and the subsidy cost will decrease.When the scale of market demand increases,the subsidy cost will increase.
