摘　　要：乳腺癌根治术后患者上肢淋巴水肿的发生率相对较高,一般情况下乳腺癌根治术后患者应慎用经外周静脉置入中心静脉导管(PICC),以避免加重患侧上肢水肿。本研究总结了1例行双侧乳腺癌根治术的患者在植入式静脉输液港(PORT)拔出后,经过医院静脉治疗多学科协作诊疗,最终成功一次置入PICC导管并顺利完成8个周期化疗的护理经验。The incidence of lymphedema in the upper limbs of patients after radical mastectomy is relatively higher,in general,the patients after radical mastectomy should be cautious with peripherally inserted central catheter(PICC)to avoid aggravating the edema of the affected upper extremities.This study summarized the nursing experience of a patient who underwent radical mastectomy for bilateral breast cancer after pulling out implantable venous access port(PORT),and through the multidisciplinary collaborative diagnosis and treatment of intravenous therapy in the hospital,and finally successfully inserted a PICC catheter at one time and successfully completed 8 cycles of chemotherapy.
