激光联合胶原酶治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床效果

摘　　要：目的研究激光联合胶原酶治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床效果。方法纳入2016年1月至2019年8月我院收治的90例腰椎间盘突出症患者,按照简单随机化法将其分为对照组和观察组,各45例。对照组单纯采用胶原酶治疗,观察组实施激光联合胶原酶治疗。比较两组的治疗效果。结果治疗后1周、3个月、6个月,观察组的VAS、ODI评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗1周后,观察组的β-内啡肽水平高于对照组,IL-6、IL-1β及TNF-α水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的治疗优良率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组的不良反应总发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论激光联合胶原酶治疗腰椎间盘突出症患者安全有效,可促进临床症状和功能的改善,减轻炎症反应。Objective To study the clinical effect of laser combined with collagenase in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation.Methods A total of 90 patients with lumbar disc herniation treated in our hospital from January 2016 to August 2019 were included.The patients were divided into control group and observation group according to simple randomization method,with 45 cases in each group.The control group was treated with collagenase alone,and the observation group was treated with laser combined with collagenase.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results The VAS and ODI scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group after 1 week,3 months and 6 months of treatment(P<0.05).After 1 week of treatment,theβ-endorphins level in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,while the IL-6,IL-1βand TNF-αlevels were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The excellent and good rate of treatment in the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Laser combined with collagenase is safe and effective in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation,which can promote the improvement of clinical symptoms and function,and reduce inflammatory reaction.
