肠功能恢复汤对结核性渗出型腹膜炎患者腹腔积液吸收效果及血清ADA、LDH水平的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨肠功能恢复汤治疗结核性渗出型腹膜炎的临床效果。方法采用随机数字表法将80例结核性渗出型腹膜炎患者分为对照组和观察组,每组40例。对照组给予西药抗结核治疗及腹腔穿刺抽液,观察组在对照组的基础上采用肠功能恢复汤进行治疗。比较两组的治疗效果。结果与对照组比较,观察组的腹腔积液消失时间更短,引流总量更少,每个疗程治疗后累计积液完全吸收率明显更高(P<0.05);两组的不良反应总发生率无显著差异(P>0.05)。治疗后,两组各项中医证候积分、ADA、LDH水平均较治疗前明显降低,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论肠功能恢复汤应用于结核性渗出型腹膜炎患者中,可促进腹腔积液更快吸收,减轻患者的中医证候,改善其血清ADA、LDH水平,且不增加不良反应。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of intestinal function-recovering decoction on tuberculous exudative peritonitis.Methods Eighty patients with tuberculous exudative peritonitis were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with western medicine anti-tuberculosis and abdominal puncture,while the observation group was treated with intestinal function-recovering decoction on the basis of the control group.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results Compared with the control group,the disappearance time of peritoneal effusion in the observation group was shorter,the total amount of drainage was less,and the cumulative complete absorption rate of effusion after each course of treatment was significantly higher(P<0.05);there was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the TCM syndrome scores,ADA and LDH levels in the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment,and those in the observation group were lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The intestinal function-recovering decoction for patients with tuberculous exudative peritonitis can promote faster absorption of peritoneal effusion,reduce patients'TCM syndrome,improve their serum ADA and LDH levels,and do not increase adverse reactions.
