益肾逐瘀汤联合经尿道前列腺电气化术治疗前列腺增生症患者的临床效果

摘　　要：目的探讨益肾逐瘀汤联合经尿道前列腺电气化术治疗前列腺增生症的临床效果。方法选取我院2018年9月至2020年3月收治的前列腺增生症患者80例,依据治疗方法将其分为对照组和观察组,每组40例。对照组行经尿道前列腺电气化术治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予益肾逐瘀汤。比较两组治疗前、后的最大尿流率、IPSS评分、残余尿量和肾功能指标,分析并发症发生情况。结果治疗后,观察组的最大尿流率大于对照组,IPSS评分低于对照组,残余尿量少于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的并发症总发生率明显低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组的SCr、BUN水平均降低,GFR均升高,且观察组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论益肾逐瘀汤联合经尿道前列腺电气化术治疗前列腺增生症具有术后恢复快、安全性好、并发症发生率低等优点,值得临床推广。Objective To explore the clinical effect of Yishen Zhuyu decoction combined with transurethral electrification of the prostate in the treatment of prostatic hyperplasia.Methods A total of 80 patients with prostatic hyperplasia admitted in our hospital from September 2018 to March 2020 were selected and divided into control group and observation group according to the treatment method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with transurethral electrification of the prostate,and the observation group was treated with Yishen Zhuyu decoction on the basis of the control group.The maximum urinary flow rate,IPSS score,residual urine volume and renal function indexes before and after treatment were compared between the two groups,and the occurrence of complications was analyzed.Results After treatment,the maximum urinary flow rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,the IPSS score was lower than that in the control group,and the residual urine volume was less than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of SCr and BUN decreased and GFR increased in the two groups,and those in the observation group were better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Yishen Zhuyu decoction combined with transurethral electrification of the prostate in the treatment of prostatic hyperplasia has the advantages of rapid postoperative recovery,good safety and low incidence of complications,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
