摘 要:为研究不同低温液体泛溢后水幕对蒸气云的稀释特性,采用数值模拟的方法,对低温液体的自然扩散和水幕稀释过程进行了分析,对比低温液体蒸气云团在有/无水幕工况下的扩散行为,并重点计算了分别以液氢、LNG作为泛溢介质时的水幕稀释效率,比较水幕作用后可燃气云的扩展范围变化情况。结果显示,无水幕工况时,连续泛溢的液氢和LNG都会逐渐达到平衡态,但前者达到平衡态所需的时间更长且可燃云扩展范围更大;开启水幕后,与LNG泛溢相比,以液氢为介质时水幕稀释效率较低,在对可燃气云顺风向上的扩散范围进行控制时,水幕作用下的氢气云团范围的缩小比例也更低。To study the process of vapor cloud dilution after spilling different cryogenic liq-uids,the dispersion behavior of cryogenic vapor cloud with or without water curtain was numeri-cally simulated and analyzed by using LH_(2) and LNG as leakage substances respectively,and the expansion range of flammable vapor cloud with water curtain was also compared.Numerical re-sults show that the continuous spilling LH_(2) and LNG can gradually reach the equilibrium state,but the former takes a longer time to reach the equilibrium state and reaches a larger expansion range of flammable vapor cloud due to its much lighter density.In addition,compared with LNG spilling,the water curtain has a lower dilution efficiency for LH_(2) spilling,and the reduction rate of hydrogen cloud downstream penetration dimension under the action of water curtain is also lower than that of LNG.
