摘  要:2019年4—7月,在黑龙江中央站黑嘴松鸡国家级自然保护区生物多样性监测样地(50°47′50″—50°48′6″N,125°55′14″—125°55′40″E;海拔473.50—530.79 m)内,利用红外相机对5个黄喉鹀(Emberiza elegans)繁殖巢进行视频监测,共记录到3358条有效视频。分析表明:营巢期为(6.7±1.2)d,窝卵数为(5.2±0.5)枚,孵卵期为(12.7±1.2)d,雏鸟留巢时间为(11.7±0.6)d;雌鸟每日平均喂食频次略低于雄鸟,但频次差异不显著(P>0.05),喂食总频次(y_(1))与雏鸟日龄(x_(1))呈正相关关系(y_(1)=5.0839x_(1)+4.2323,R^(2)=0.6988),雌鸟总护雏时长(2540.0±74.4)min高于雄鸟(862.8±62.0)min,二者之间差异显著(P<0.05),但单日龄亲鸟护雏时长差异不显著。护雏总时长(y_(2))与雏鸟日龄(x_(1))呈负相关关系(y_(2)=-36.988x_(1)+525.680,R^(2)=0.7986)。繁殖期黄喉鹀双亲共同育雏,不存在明显的繁殖分工。研究结果为保护区日后进行鸟类繁殖监测提供了科研监测方法和基础数据。In order to accurately study the brooding behavior of yellow-throated bunting(Emberiza elegans)in the biodiversity monitoring plots(50°47′50″-50°48′6″N,125°55′14″-125°55′40″E,an elevation of 473.50-530.79 m)of the Heilongjiang Zhongyangzhan Black-Billed Capercaillie National Nature Reserve,we videoed the brooding behavior of E.elegans by using infrared camera technology during April to July in 2019.The result showed that the breeding period of E.elegans was from April to July.A total of 3,358 effective videos were recorded.The nesting period was(6.7±1.2)d,which the eggs were gray-white with dark stripes.The number of eggs in the nest was(5.2±0.5),and the incubation period was(12.7±1.2)d,and the nestling time of the parents was(11.7±0.6)d.The average daily feeding frequency of females was slightly lower than that of males,but without significant difference.There was a positive correlation between brooding frequency and chick age(y_(1)=5.0839x_(1)+4.2323,R^(2)=0.6988).The total brooding time of female birds was(2,540.0±74.4)min,which was significantly higher(P<0.05)than that of male birds(862.8±62.0)min,but without significant difference in the brooding time of single day.There was a negative correlation between the total duration of brooding time and the chick age(y_(2)=-36.988x_(1)+525.680,R^(2)=0.7986).There is no obvious reproductive division between the parents of E.elegans during the breeding period.Our results provide monitoring methods and basic data for future monitoring on bird breeding in the reserve.
