陕西渭河流域龟鳖类外来物种调查及风险分析

摘　　要：针对陕西渭河流域本土龟鳖(Testudines)资源日益减少与外来龟鳖物种日益增多的现状,2017年4月和2019年7月,利用笼捕法和访问调查法,对陕西省渭河流域龟鳖类野外群体分布进行了调查。结果显示:陕西省渭河流域外来龟鳖类主要以红耳龟(Trachemys scripta elegans)为主,同时发现有外来物种蛇鳄龟(Chelydra serpentina)的分布,本地龟鳖类物种仅发现中华鳖(Pelodiscus sinensis)。对外来龟鳖类物种的入侵风险进行了分析,并提出相应的预防和管理措施。In recent years,the local turtle resources have being reduced and alien turtle resources increased in Wei River Basin.Based on this phenomenon,we used local interview and cage trapping to investigate the wild population distribution from April 2017 to July 2019.The result showed that there are three turtle species in Wei River Basin,including two alien species(Trachemys scripta elegans&Chelydra serpentina)and one local turtle(Pelodiscus sinensis).Moreover,the invasion potential,risk,and preventive measures of alien turtles were elaborated.
