摘　　要：重症烧伤的救治是一个复杂的系统工程,它包含了早期抗休克及维持机体平稳度过急性期、早期烧伤创面的处理(手术治疗)、各种脏器功能的维护、抗感染、创面覆盖、营养支持治疗以及创面愈后的功能训练等。本文主要从临床角度介绍重症烧伤的概念,早期抗休克治疗及血流动力学监测、早期创面处理、急性呼吸窘迫综合征的防控以及早期营养支持治疗的原则,仅供同行参考。The treatment of severe burns consists of complex systematic process,which includes anti-shock treatment in early time,maintaining the body smoothly through the acute phase,early burn wound treatment(surgical treatment),maintaining various organ functions,anti-infection,wound coverage,nutritional support treatment,and functional training after wound healing,etc.From a clinical point of view,this article mainly introduces the concept of severe burns,the principles of early anti-shock treatment and hemodynamic monitoring,early wound treatment,ARDS prevention and control,and early nutritional support treatment,for reference.
