几种布鲁氏菌ELISA抗体试剂盒对牛血清的临床检测评价

摘　　要：为了评价目前市面流通的部分ELISA布鲁氏菌病(简称"布病")抗体检测试剂盒对牛血清的检测效果,本试验采集了不同地区的牛血清样品300份,应用虎红平板凝集试验(RBT)及试管凝集试验(SAT)进行了布病抗体阴阳性确诊后,用不同厂家的ELISA试剂盒开展了比对试验。结果表明,4种iELISA布病抗体检测试剂盒的敏感性在97.9%~100.0%,特异性介于18.2%~27.3%,总体符合率在74.3%~77.1%,两两试剂盒检测结果之间的Kappa值分布在0.707~0.916。5种cELISA布病抗体检测试剂盒的敏感性在95.8%~100.0%,特异性介于22.7%~81.8%,总体符合率在74.3%~92.9%,两两试剂盒检测结果之间的Kappa值分布在0.394~0.972。本研究结果表明,不同厂家的ELISA试剂盒的检测结果存在差异性,这将为布鲁氏菌病的临床确诊提供了数据基础。To evaluate efficiency of several ELISA kits for detection of brucellosis antibodies, 300 bovine sera from different regions were collected, and initially assessed by Rose bengal plate agglutination test(RBT) and Standard tube agglutination test(SAT) followed by several ELISA kits from different manufacturers. It appeared that use of 4 indirect ELISA(iELISA) kits had the sensitivity of 97.9%-100.0%, the specificity of 18.2%-27.3%, the overall coincidence rate of 74.3%-77.1%, and Kappa value between two kits of 0.707-0.916. On the other hand, use of 5 competition ELISA(cELISA) kits produced the sensitivity of 95.8%-100.0%, the specificity of 22.7%-81.8%, the overall coincidence rate of 74.3%-92.9%, and Kappa value between two kits of 0.394-0.972. The results of this study showed that there were differences in the detection results of ELISA kits from different manufacturers, which would provide data basis for clinical diagnesis of Brucellosis.
