摘 要:本试验旨在建立紫前款甘散的成型工艺及中试研究方法并考察其在影响因素试验中的稳定性。采用单因素试验确定小试工艺。通过测定临界相对湿度、休止角、堆密度等确定成型工艺。对粉碎、过筛、混合及包装中试工艺的关键技术参数进行考察,对成品进行质量评定,确定生产工艺。以性状、鉴别、检查、含量为指标,通过影响因素试验观察其质量变化情况。结果显示,紫前款甘散的中试生产成品率>96%,成品质量稳定,在影响因素试验前后的各考察项均符合规定。结果表明该制备方法简便易行、稳定可靠,适合批量生产。湿度、温度及光照对其稳定性无影响。This study aimed to establish the molding process and pilot study methods of the Ziqiankuangan, and to investigate the stability of Ziqiankuangan in the influence factor test. The single factor test was used to determine the pilot process. The critical relative humidity, repose angle and stack density of the Ziqiankuangan powder were measured. The key technical parameters related to the crushing, sieving, mixing and packaging were assessed. The quality indexes consisting of the character, identification, examination and content were analyzed in the influence factor test. The yield of Ziqiankuangan in pilot production was greater than 96%, and the quality of the finished product was stable. The quality of the Ziqiankuangan accorded with regulation after the stability tests. The preparation method for Ziqiankuangan powder is simple, stable and reliable, and the stability of this product is not affected by variations in humidity, temperature and light.
