摘 要:介绍了EDI应用在换流阀冷却系统的系统设计、控制策略及工程运行效果,分析了进水水质、内冷水损失、操作电流、淡水浓水回路压差控制、浓水电导率、泄漏监测及补水、氢气排放等影响工程运行的因素,并对比了EDI与离子交换树脂混床的技术经济性,总结了该EDI系统在换流阀冷却系统的工程应用经验。The system design,control strategy and engineering operation effect of EDI applied to converter valve cooling system were introduced.The influent water quality,internal cooling water loss,operating current,pressure control between fresh water and concentrated water circuit,concentrated water conductivity,leakage monitoring,make-up water,hydrogen discharge and other factors affect project operation were analyzed.The technical and economical efficiency of EDI and ionic exchange resin mixed bed were compared,and then,the engineering application experience of EDI technology in converter valve cooling system were summarized.
