摘  要:采用DTRO、STRO两种高压反渗透膜对气田高盐采出水进行膜过滤试验,在运行压力不大于5.5 MPa、进水CODCr的质量浓度约为200 mg/L、电导率约为30000μS/cm的条件下,短时工况运行2 h,考察2种膜运行压力、产水率、产水水质之间的关系。试验结果表明:产水率提高,2种膜运行压力随之上升,STRO压力上升速率高于DTRO,在脱盐率、CODCr去除率方面,2种膜均呈现先升后降的趋势;采用12.8 L/(m^(2)·h)相同膜通量控制产水率均为40%工况下持续运行12 d,2种膜运行压力均呈上升趋势,DTRO膜运行压力始终低于STRO约1.0 MPa,而脱盐率及CODCr去除率方面STRO略高。2种膜均可用于气田采出水处理工艺,膜通量宜控制在10~15 L/(m^(2)·h)。Two kinds of high pressure reverse osmosis membranes:DTRO and STRO were used to conduct membrane filtration tests on high-salt produced water of gas field.Under the condition that the operation pressure was not above 5.5 MPa,the mass concentration of CODCr in influent water was about 200 mg/L,the electrical conductivity was about 30000μS/cm,the relationship among operating pressures of two kinds of membranes,water production rate and water quality under short-time operating conditions for 2 h was investigated.The results showed that,the operating pressures of the two membranes increased with the increasing water production rates,and the increasing rate of STRO pressure was higher than that of DTRO.The desalinization rates and CODCr removal rates of the two membranes increased first and then decreased.When the same membrane flux of 12.8 L/(m^(2)·h)was used to control the water production rate at 40%for a 12-d continuous operation,the operating pressures of the two membranes showed an upward trend.Compared with the two membranes′operating pressures,DTRO was always about 1.0 Mpa lower than STRO,while STRO was slightly higher in terms of desalinization rates and CODCr removal rate.Both of the two membranes could be used in gas field produced water treatment,and the flux should be controlled at 10-15 L/(m^(2)·h)
