摘 要:针对某精细化工废水COD_(Cr)和NH_(3)-N浓度高、水质复杂、可生化性差的特点,设计采用UASB-两级A/O工艺进行处理,介绍了该工艺的流程及特点、主要设计参数及运行效果。工程运行结果表明,COD_(Cr)的去除率在94.3%以上,NH_(3)-N的去除率在92.7%以上,出水水质达到园区污水处理厂纳管标准。该工艺处理效率高,便于运行维护,出水稳定达标,运行成本适中。According to the characteristics of fine chemical industrial wastewater such as high COD_(Cr) and NH_(3)-N concentrations,complex water quality,poor biodegradability and so on,a combined process of UASB-two stage A/O process was adopted for its treatment.The flow,characteristics,main design parameters and operation effect of the said process were introduced.The running results of the project showed that,the removal rates of COD_(Cr) and NH_(3)-N were above 94.3%and 92.7%respectively,the effluent water quality met the pipe acceptance standard of the sewage treatment plant in the industrial park.The said combined process has advantages of high efficient,convenient operation and maintenance,stable effluent water quality,moderate operation cost,etc.
