摘  要:某己内酰胺废水具有COD_(Cr)、氨氮、硫酸根浓度高的特点,设计采用芬顿-BioDopp组合工艺进行处理,介绍了该工艺的流程、设计参数及运行效果。工程运行结果表明:出水COD_(Cr)、BOD5、总氮、氨氮、总磷等指标可达到DB 37/3416.4—2018《山东省海河流域水污染物综合排放标准》中的二级标准和GB 31571—2015《石油化学工业污染物排放标准》表1、表3要求中的较严排放标准。该工艺抗冲击能力强,处理效率高,运行稳定。As caprolactam wastewater is characterized by high concentrations of COD_(Cr),ammonia nitrogen and sulfate radicals,Fenton-BioDopp combined process was adopted for its treatment.The flow,design parameters and operation effect of the said process were introduced,the operation results of the project showed that,COD_(Cr),BOD5,total nitrogen,ammonia nitrogen,total phosphorus and some other indicators in the effluent water could meet the requirements of grade 2 in DB37/3416.4—2018 Comprehensive discharge standard for water pollutants in Haihe river basin of Shandong province,and the stricter discharge standard in the requirements of tables 1 and 3 in GB 31571—2015 Discharge standard for pollutants in petrochemical industry.The said combined process has strong impact resistance,high treatment efficiency and stable operation state.
