摘　　要：针对某危废处置企业生产废水水质特点,设计采用曝气氧化-高级氧化工艺去除废水中COD,采用化学沉淀-混凝沉淀-除氟器去除废水中F-及重金属离子,采用活性炭过滤器作为保障措施,使出水达到企业所在化工园区污水处理厂纳管标准。详细介绍了工艺选择依据、工艺设计参数、工程设计特点。In view of the characteristics of the industrial wastewater from a hazardous waste disposal enterprise,aeration oxidation-advanced oxidation process was adopted in the design so as to remove COD from it,besides,chemical sedimentation-coagulation sedimentation-defluorinator was used to remove F-and heavy metal ions,and activated carbon filter was used as a safeguard.Benefit from those measures,the effluent water quality could meet the standards for the pipe acceptance of sewage treatment plants in the chemical industrial park.The technical selection basis,process design parameters and engineering design characteristics were introduced in detail.
