摘 要:目的研究先天性小耳畸形合并先天性心脏病的发病率,分析两者之间的相关性,并指导临床诊疗。方法回顾性分析2018年5月至2019年7月收治的903例先天性小耳畸形患者,根据患者的住院病历及超声心动图,统计先天性心脏病的发病率及其发生的类型。结果共发现小耳畸形合并先天性心脏病患者47例(5.2%),包括房间隔缺损、室间隔缺损、动脉导管未闭、复杂先天性心脏病、心脏合并畸形等。结论小耳畸形患者中先天性心脏病的发生率高于一般人群。Objective To investigate the incidence of congenital microtia complicated with congenital heart disease and analyze the correlations to guide diagnosis and treatment.Methods A total of 903 microtia inpatients admitted from May 2018 to July 2019 were retrospectively analyzed.The incidence and types of congenital heart disease were analyzed by searching the patient's medical records and echocardiography.Results A total of 47 cases(5.2%)of congenital microtia with congenital heart disease were found,including atrial septal defect,ventricular septal defect,patent ductus arteriosus,complex congenital heart disease,heart malformation,etc.Conclusion Patients with microtia have a higher incidence of congenital heart disease than the general population.
