摘　　要：目的探讨阳和汤加减结合负压技术治疗糖尿病足的应用效果。方法110例糖尿病足患者,随机分为2组,分别给予阳和汤加减内服联合负压技术治疗(A组,n=55)和单纯负压技术治疗(B组,n=55)。比较两组临床疗效、创面愈合率、创面愈合时间、创面愈合速度,以及全身中医证候积分的差异。结果A组痊愈40例,未愈15例;B组痊愈35例,未愈20例,组间比较有统计学差异(P<0.01)。两组在2周及8周时创面愈合率无统计学差异(P>0.05),在4周及6周时两组比较有统计学差异(P<0.01)。A组愈合时间(63.18±23.87)d,B组为(76.04±42.87)d,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。中医证候积分治疗前两组间无统计学差异(P>0.05);治疗4周、8周后,两组间差异显著(P<0.05)。结论阳和汤结合负压技术治疗糖尿病足,能提高创面愈合率,缩短创面愈合时间,加快创面愈合速度,减轻全身症状,疗效优于单纯负压技术治疗。Objective To explore the effects of Yanghe decoction combined with negative pressure technique in the treatment of diabetic foot.Methods A total of 110 outpatients with diabetic foot were divided into 2 groups,which were treated with Yanghe decoction combined with negative pressure technique(Group A,n=55)and simple negative pressure technique(Group B,n=55).The clinical effect,the wound healing rate,the time of wound healing,the speed of wound healing and the scores of TCM syndromes were compared between the two groups.Results In Group A,40 cases were cured,15 cases were not cured;In Group B,35 cases were cured and 20 cases were not cured,there was statistical difference between the two groups(P<0.01).There was no significant difference in the wound healing rate between the two groups at 2 and 8 weeks(P>0.05),but there was significant difference between the two groups at 4 and 6 weeks(P<0.01).The healing time in Group A was(63.18±23.87)days,while that in Group B was(76.04±42.87)days,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in TCM syndrome score between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05);After 4 weeks and 8 weeks of treatment,there were significant differences between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of Yanghe decoction and negative pressure technique in the treatment of diabetic foot can improve the wound healing rate,shorten the wound healing time,increase the wound healing speed,reduce systemic symptoms,and the curative effect is better than simple negative pressure technique.
