摘　　要：就业是民生之本、稳定之基。2021年全国高校毕业生规模再创历史新高,面对新冠疫情给经济社会发展和就业带来的巨大影响,确保就业大局稳定、实现高校毕业生充分就业是高校就业工作面临的现实问题。通过对充分就业内涵及意义的阐述分析,梳理出影响高校就业工作成因及影响因素,进一步探索高校如何树立就业育人理念,构建高质量教育教学体系,有针对性地开展就业指导服务,为高质量开展高校就业工作提供参考。Employment is the foundation of people's livelihood and the foundation of stability,while the employment of college graduates is the basic of the basics.The scale of college graduates in 2021 has reached a record high.Under the huge impact of the COVID-19 epidemic on the development of economical society and employment,ensuring the overall stability of employment and achieving full employment of college graduates are practical issues of college employment.Through the analysis of the connotation and significance of full employment,this paper finds out the causes and factors that affect the employment of colleges and universities,and then explores how colleges and universities establish the concept of employment education,build a high-quality education and teaching system,and carry out targeted employment guidance services,which will provide a reference for high-quality employment in universities.
