自拟养阴清热利湿汤在经尿道等离子前列腺电切术后的应用效果

摘　　要：目的:探讨自拟养阴清热利湿汤在经尿道等离子前列腺电切术后的应用效果。方法:对我院行经尿道等离子前列腺电切术治疗的104例前列腺增生患者,采用随机数字表法分为对照组(n=52)和研究组(n=52),对照组术后常规给予西药治疗,研究组术后联用自拟养阴清热利湿汤治疗,均治疗2周,分析两组残余尿量、最大尿流率、国际前列腺症状评分量表(International prostate symptom scale,IP-SS)、生活质量评分量表(Quality of life scale,QOL)及用药期间不良反应发生率等。结果:研究组临床总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后两组残余尿量降低、而最大尿流率升高,且研究组残余尿量低于对照组,而最大尿流率高于对照组(P<0.05)。随访3个月,两组IP-SS、QOL下降,其中研究组评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗期间两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:自拟养阴清热利湿汤可提高经尿道等离子前列腺电切手术治疗效果,能有效改善前列腺增生患者术后下尿路症状及预后,提高生活质量。Objective:To explore the clinical application of self-made yangyin Qingre Lishi decoction after plasmakinetic resection of prostate.Methods:A total of 104 cases who underwent plasmakinetic resection of prostate in our hospital were divided into control group(n=52)and study group(n=52)randomly.The patients in the control group were treated with conventional western medicine,the patients in the study group were treated with self-made Yangyin Qingre Lishi de⁃coction.Both of the groups were treated for 2 weeks,Residual urine volume and maximum urinary flow rate were ana⁃lyzed;the evaluation of international prostate symptom scale(IP-SS),quality of life scale(QOL),incidence of adverse reactions during medication were made.Results:After 2 weeks of treatment,the total clinical effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the residual urine volume decreased and the maximum urinary flow rate increased in the two groups,and the residual urine volume in the study group was lower than that in the control group,while the maximum urinary flow rate was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The International Prostate Symptom Score(IP-SS)and Quality of life(QOL)of the two groups decreased after 2 weeks of treatment and three months of follow-up,and the study group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).There was no difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:The self-de⁃signed Yangyin Qingre Lishi decoction can improve the curative effect of plasmakinetic resection of prostate,effectively improve the clinical symptoms and prognosis of patients,and then improve the quality of life.
