摘 要:目的:研究虚拟现实技术联合日常生活功能重建室训练在脑卒中日常生活功能恢复中的作用。方法:60例脑梗死患者随机分为2组,分别为A组(30例,虚拟现实技术联合日常生活功能重建室训练,VR+ADL组)、B组(30例,常规康复训练组,对照组)。干预4周后对所有患者进行干预前后Fugl-Meyer上肢功能评分、Barthel指数评分以及汉密尔顿抑郁和焦虑量表的评估。结果:2组患者Fugl-Meyer上肢评定、Barthel指数、HAMD、HAMA干预前后比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01);干预后,A组患者较B组Fugl-Meyer上肢评定、Barthel指数、HAMD、HAMA改善更明显,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:脑梗死后采用虚拟现实技术联合真实日常生活功能重建室训练相结合可以更好改善患者的日常生活能力和焦虑及抑郁情绪,有利于住院患者平稳安全的向家庭生活过渡。Objective:To study the effect of virtual reality and activities of daily living training for ADL function in pa⁃tients with poststroke.Methods:A total of 60 participants with poststroke were randomly divided into two groups(Group A:30 patients,with virtual reality and training of activities of daily living room;Group B:30 patients,with convention⁃al rehabilitation).The Fugl-Meyer upper limb assessment,Barthel index,HAMD and HAMA were conducted at base⁃line,at the end of 4th week.Results:The Fugl-Meyer upper limb assessment,Barthel index,HAMD and HAMA were improved in two groups after intervention at the end of 4th week(P<0.01).There were significant differences between two groups in Fugl-Meyer upper limb assessment,Barthel index,HAMD and HAMA at the end of 4th week(P<0.01).Conclusion:Virtual reality and training of activities of daily living room could improve ADL and upper limb function in patients with poststroke,and it is beneficial to the stable and safe transition of inpatients to family life.
