摘　　要：目的:观察弹套莫菲氏滴壶式微型智能输液报警器在静脉输液中的应用效果。方法:选取220例静脉输液患者,随机分成观察组与对照组,各110例。对照组采用常规方法进行输液护理,观察组在常规输液护理的基础上,在输液管莫菲氏滴壶处套上微型智能输液报警器进行电子监控,观察两组输液过程中出现的问题指标情况,调查观察组患者及护士使用报警器满意度。结果:观察组输液监控问题指标如滴速误差、针头阻塞、液体滴空、针头回血及输液部位肿胀均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者及护士使用报警器满意度分别为92%、91%。结论:弹套莫菲氏滴壶式微型智能输液监护器临床应用效果显著,可提高输液安全性。Objective:To observe the application effect of Mulfield's drip pot miniature intelligent infusion alarm in intra⁃venous infusion.Methods:A total of 220 cases with intravenous fluids were included in the study.They were randomly divided into observation group(n=110)and control group(n=110).The control group used conventional methods to transfusion nursing,observation group was based on the basis of conventional infusion nursing,also with in iv murphy's cover on the micro intelligent infusion alarm device for electronic monitoring,observing the problems of the two groups arising from the infusion process index,the satisfaction of patients and nurses in the observation group.Results:The in⁃dicators of infusion monitoring in the observation group were better than those in the control group,such as drip rate er⁃ror,needle obstruction,fluid emptiness,needle blood return and infusion site swelling(P<0.05),the difference was statistically significant.The satisfaction rates of patients and nurses in the observation group were 92%and 91%,respec⁃tively.Conclusion:the application of the miniature intelligent infusion monitor of Murphy's drip pot with a bomb case is very effective.It can improve the safety of infusion,and is worthy of popularization.
