医用弹力绷带在下肢静脉曲张中的辅助治疗

摘　　要：下肢静脉曲张是血管外科的常见病之一,其主要病因有:静脉反流淤积、静脉回流障碍、先天性异常、遗传因素等。致病机制为慢性炎症和血流动力学紊乱共同导致。下肢静脉曲张主要治疗方式为手术治疗,同时其术后的辅助治疗必不可少,其中医用弹力绷带起着非常重要的作用,医用弹力绷带通过压迫促进静脉回流,缓解患者静脉性溃疡、疼痛等症状,尤其患者在住院期间依从性较高,使用医用弹力绷带患者获益较大,本文就医用弹力绷带在下肢静脉曲张中的辅助治疗进行综述。Varicose veins of lower extremities is one of the common diseases in vascular surgery,the main causes are:ve⁃nous reflux siltation,venous reflux disorders,congenital abnormalities,genetic factors and so on.The pathogenesis is caused by chronic inflammation and hemodynamic disorder.The main treatment of varicose veins of lower extremities is surgical treatment,and postoperative adjuvant treatment is essential,in which medical elastic bandage plays a very im⁃portant role.Medical elastic bandage promotes venous reflux through compression,relief of patients with venous ulcers,pain and other symptoms.Especially patients are with high compliance during hospitalization,medical elastic bandages will benefit them greatly.This article reviews the adjuvant treatment of medical elastic bandages in varicose veins of low⁃er extremities.
