摘  要:9402运输顺槽在上覆采空区煤柱应力作用下底板底鼓呈明显的非对称性,为确保巷道使用安全并降低底鼓防治工作量,提出综合使用卸压法及加固法对底鼓进行治理,并依据现场情况对底鼓防治技术方案进行设计。现场应用后,底鼓防治段底鼓量明显降低,在采动影响范围内巷道底鼓量较使用前降低1/2;采动影响范围以外巷道底鼓量在防治措施应用后20 d基本趋于稳定,最大变形量控制在82 mm以内,取得较好的防治效果。Under the action of coal pillar stress in the overlying goaf,the bottom heave of the 9402 transportation along the channel is obviously asymmetrical,in order to ensure the safety of the roadway and reduce the workload of the bottom heave prevention,the article proposes the comprehensive use of pressure relief and reinforcement methods to treat the bottom drum,and designs the technical plan for the prevention and control of floor heave based on the site conditions,which achieves better prevention and control effects.After on-site application,the floor heave volume in the prevention section of the floor heave is significantly reduced,and the floor heave volume of the roadway within the mining-affected range is reduced by 1/2 compared to before use,the floor heave volume of the roadway outside the mining impact area has basically stabilized 20 days after the application of the preventive measures,and the maximum deformation is controlled within 82 mm.
