摘  要:在砂质黄土与全风化红砂岩形成的富水土砂分界地层中开挖隧道易出现涌水溜砂、围岩滑塌等现象。为保证隧道安全快速施工,以浩吉铁路阳城隧道为工程依托,采用室内试验、数值模拟、现场监测等研究方法,探究土砂分界地层隧道施工工法适用性。研究结果表明:按照围岩变形从大到小排序,依次为两台阶法、三台阶法、三台阶预留核心土法、CD法、双侧壁导坑法。3种台阶法墙脚处均存在较大应力集中,CD法、双侧壁导坑法施工成本高、进度慢;三台阶预留核心土法较三台阶法能有效减小掌子面挤出。三台阶预留核心土法辅以降水、旋喷桩加固等组合措施,可保证富水土砂分界地层隧道安全快速施工。Tunneling in the boundary stratum of sandy loess and fully weathered red sandstone was prone to the phenomena of inrush sand and sliding behind the wall.In order to ensure the fast and safe construction of the tunnel,this paper,relying on the Yangcheng tunnel of Haoji railway,adopted a variety of methods such as laboratory test,numerical simulation and field monitoring to explore the applicability of different construction methods distributed in soil and sand boundary strata.The following conclusions were drawn from the study.According to the calculation results,the surrounding rock deformation is sorted from large to small,which is followed by step method,three-step method,three-bench excavation and reserved core soil method,CD method,and double side drift method.The stress concentration is large at the foot of wall in the all three kinds of step method.The construction cost of the CD method and the double side drift method is high and the progress is slow.The three-step excavation and reserved core soil method can effectively reduce the palm surface extrusion compared with the three-step method.For the excavation of the soil-sand boundary stratum tunnel,it is recommended to use the three-bench excavation and reserved core soil method supplemented by combined measures such as precipitation and rotary jet pile reinforcement to enable the tunnel to be constructed safely and quickly.
