摘  要:双护盾TBM掘进作业过程中,由于护盾和刀盘的阻挡,使得围岩面、掌子面与掘进机内部几乎隔绝,难以直接对围岩的强度及变形特性进行有效测试,从而未能实时判断围岩的稳定性。以西南某隧道双护盾TBM掘进施工为背景,采用直接观察、测尺以及改进型回弹仪,通过衬砌管片上的预留注浆孔分别对围岩的岩性特征、变形及强度进行联合测定,对围岩的稳定性进行评定。研究结果表明:结合直接观察围岩体岩性,对于稳定性围岩,其回弹测试换算的抗压强度与围岩到衬砌管片内侧的距离呈现出反相关性;对于大变形围岩,则呈现出近似的正相关性;三者综合评价围岩的强度及变形特性效果较为稳定,对于较完整围岩适用性较好。In the process of double-shield TBM tunneling operation,due to the barriers of the shield and the cutter head,the surrounding rock face and tunnel face are almost isolated from the inside of the TBM machine,making it difficult to directly test the strength and deformation characteristics of the surrounding rock effectively and thus failing to judge the stability of the surrounding rock in real time.In this paper,based on the construction of the double-shield TBM tunneling of a tunnel in southwest China.It was proposed to apply direct observation,gauge measurement,and improved rebound hammer to measure the lithological characteristics,deformation and strength of surrounding rock through the reserved grouting holes on the lining segment.The method of joint determination of strength and deformation is used to evaluate the stability of surrounding rock.The results show that:combined with the direct observation of rock lithology,the compressive strength converted by rebound test is inversely correlated with the distance from surrounding rock to the inner side of lining segment for stable surrounding rock;For the large deformation surrounding rock,there is an approximate positive correlation;The three methods are more stable in comprehensively evaluating the strength and deformation characteristics of surrounding rock,and the applicability is better for more complete surrounding rock.
